Small Church Comm. Steering Committee
Duties: Support and provide resources for Small Church Communities within the parish by organizing regular meetings for group members and facilitators; offering resources, training and opportunities for spiritual enrichment; organizing a yearly retreat day and
a social evening; organizing seasonal small group experiences during Advent and Lent
Time: Meets every other month except during summer;
a few hours of additional work between meetings
Special skills: Has to be an active member of a Small Church Community and have experience in group facilitation; opportunity to work towards bringing community, prayer and support to more members of the parish
