Thank You to All for Breakfast with Santa!
Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make Breakfast with Santa such a wonderful event for the children. We will provide a thorough note of appreciation later. Right now, we want to thank the event chair, Vivian Diokno (Victor 8th, Andreas 5th), for putting together a terrific team and making the magic happen. We also want to thank all of the families for coming. You have shown great support for our school, and we are grateful to you.
Open House is Monday Morning
Our next Open House is Monday morning from 9 to 11 am. Please pass the word to families interested in finding a good school for their children. During our Open House on Monday, visiting parents will be able to see the school as classes are being taught.
Despite the steady rain, we had a strong turnout for the Open House on Tuesday night. More than 25 families came out in the bad weather to tour SJB, and more than a dozen applications have already arrived.
There is one change in our admissions process this year. We are aiming to provide notification to families about their applications much earlier than we've provided in past years. For the families applying in earlier December, we hope to have notifications by mid-January. Last year, those who applied in December received acceptance letters in March.

Need Old Ipods
Mrs. Irwin is looking for your old, working iPod touches and iPhones for various uses in the Computer Lab. We do need them to connect to wifi. If you have a device that you have lying around at home, please erase it and send it in. We have chargers, so if you'd like to keep those, that's fine. If you have a question, please contact Mrs. Irwin (firstname.lastname@example.org).
