If You Have Been Furloughed, Let Us Know
Please contact me if you are a federal employee and have been furloughed. We want to keep track of parents directly affected by the federal government shutdown and notify the parish and TADS, our tuition-management service, before any tuition payment issues arise.
New Dates for Career Day and Spring Show
Please be aware that some dates have changed. Career Day is now on Friday, April 5, and the spring play is now May 1-3. The online calendar has been updated to reflect the changes.
Parish and School Families Urged to Apply for Kindergarten and Pre-K
Space is getting tight in Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten.
We want to make sure that every willing parish family and school family can send the school-age child to Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten. We encourage SJB families to apply for Kindergarten and Pre-K soon.
We are encouraging our families with children in PreKindergarten and Kindergarten to register their children for the next school year soon. We want them to register now to ensure that their children keep their seats in the class for the 2019-20 school year.
The number of available seats in Kindergarten will depend on the number of Pre-Kindergarten students who return to SJB.
Registration Has Started
Each family at SJB must go through the enrollment process each year. Registration has started for returning SJB families and will continue until April 1. Please log into your TADS account to complete registration, and please remember that, after registering, there's still another step in the enrollment process: completing the tuition agreement.
Here are the yearly steps in enrolling your children:
1. Make registration payment on TADS of $500, which counts toward next year's tuition.
2. Complete registration on TADS for each child (but just one $500 payment per family).
3. Complete the parish verification form in March and send it to the school office. The form must be completed each year in order to receive any parish discount. The form is always available on the Tuition page.
4. Complete Tuition Agreement in April.
- Email from TADS will contain link to tuition payment proposals
- Respond to email by following link to TADS to review tuition payment proposals
- Contact Karen Kuzemka in Parish Office if you have a question about the tuition you've been charged. Please note that credit for tuition assistance may be applied after the agreement has been submitted.
- Select the tuition payment proposal you prefer and accept the agreement.
