Thank You for Your Gala & Auction Support
Thank you, especially, to the parents who organized the gala and auction and who worked as volunteers on set-up, cleanup, reception, check-in, logistics, online and ticket sales, and checkout. Thank you to everyone who donated auction items and everyone who bid on auction items. The gala was outside, under a tent, on a beautiful Saturday night on the preschool lot, attended by about 100 parents and teachers. We will follow up with more information on the money raised by the SJB Home School Association and a more detailed list of volunteer appreciation.

May Crowning Procession Starts at 10:30 on Thursday, May 12
May Crowning begins with a solemn procession. In a single-file line and in total silence, students wearing their school uniforms in navy blue and white carry flowers as they walk from the front of the school around the driveway and into the front doors of the church. They leave their flowers at the altar statue of Mary.
The May Crowning prayer service includes the ceremonial crowning of Mary by an 8th grade student and 2nd grade student.
The May Crowning procession will start at 10:30 am on Thursday, May 12. Students should wear navy and white and bring flowers, or even a single flower, to school that day.
Students May Come to School Out of Uniform on Friday, May 6
A tag-day donation of $1 to $2 is suggested. Proceeds will pay for Kona Ice for Field Day.
