A Message About Re-Enrollment in January
Enrollment for returning school families will take place from January 3 to February 7. Enrollment is essential to school decisions on budgeting, staffing, and admissions. It is done once a year on TADS. Please remember that while there is one $200 registration fee per family, each student must be enrolled to reserve space in the classroom for the 2024-25 school year.
Tuition To Increase $270 in 2024-25
Tuition will increase by $270 to meet a 2.7 percent increase in educational expenses for the 2024-25 school year.
Tuition assistance for multiple children will increase by $100 for each child in families with two or more children in the school.
Tuition Rates in 2024-25

Who Gets the Parish Rate?
During enrollment, families may submit a parish verification form requesting the lower parish tuition rate. The link to the form can be found on TADS during the enrollment process. The decision to grant the parish rate is made by Father Andrew, pastor of St. John the Baptist. In the message below, Father Andrew explains the criteria for parish participation and the parish discount.
Dear Friends in Christ,
As we come to the end of the year, please know how I grateful I am for the warm welcome our school community has shown me in these first few months of my tenure as pastor. St. John the Baptist is a very special community, and it has been a joy to work with our teachers and staff and get to know you and your families!
As we look ahead to next year, it will soon be time to re-enroll your children for the 2024-2025 school year. We are pleased to continue to offer a significant tuition discount for our parish families who submit a parish verification form, either from your participation here at St. John’s or another archdiocesan parish. This discount reflects the parish’s commitment to ensure a Catholic education for as many of our families as possible.
The decision to sign-off on a parish verification lies squarely with the pastor, and so I wanted to ensure our families understand the criteria that I will follow when signing parish verification forms for the 2024-2025 school year. As your pastor, I will be able to sign parish verification forms for St. John the Baptist families who are registered and participating members of the parish. Registered and participating families attend Mass regularly and consistently support the parish. Faith formation is at the very heart of our mission as a Catholic parish school, but this formation is best served when your family participates in Mass each weekend, lives the faith at home, and is active in the life of the parish. To send your children to St. John the Baptist Catholic School is to recognize the importance of faith formation and the life of Christian discipleship.
God bless you, and please feel welcome to contact me directly with any questions you may have. I may be reached at pastor@sjbssparish.org. In the coming months, I look forward to continuing to get to know your families and I look forward to celebrating Christmas with you at St. John’s in a few weeks.
Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed Advent!
In Christ,
Fr. Andrew
